* The Gala Dinner will be hosted in the Salone dei Cinquecento at Palazzo Vecchio, downtown Firenze. The number of attendees at the Gala Dinner is limited to 350 for safety reasons. According to this, registrations for the Gala Dinner will be processed on a First Come First Served basis. You are invited to check the number of seats still available on the ACMMM10 registration page.
Registration policy
Each accepted paper at ACMMM10 – with the exception of papers accepted at the Doctoral Symposium Program – must have at least one author registered with the REGULAR (NON-STUDENT) rate at the camera ready submission deadline of July 26th. Each Main Conference REGULAR registration can cover at most 1 Main Conference full paper or 2 Main Conference non-full papers.
Each accepted paper at a ACMMM10 Workshop must have at least one author registered with the REGULAR (NON-STUDENT) rate at the camera ready submission deadline of August 2nd. Each Workshop REGULAR registration can cover 1 Workshop paper.

* Registration to a Workshop also allows to access the other Workshops under availability of free seats. Registration to a Tutorial also allows to access the other Tutorials under availability of free seats.
* ACM Member rates are only available to individuals who are ACM Members at the time of registration. To join ACM, please visit www.acm.org website for details. ACM members must input their ACM member id at the time of registration and show their valid ACM membership card at the Conference registration desk. You can register to ACMM10 via the Conference website link below.
Payment method
Payments must be in EURO.
Online registration and credit card payments are recommended. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a bank draft payable to Consulta Umbria Srl and drawn on Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Ag. 4, Via Baglioni 24, Perugia, IBAN Code: IT43N01030 03004 000000136490 for the total registration amount in EURO.
Cancellation / Refund policy
Author and Gala Dinner registrations are not cancellable.
All other cancellations received before September 15th will be subjected to a 200 EURO cancellation fee.
No refund will be made after September 15th.
Responsibility
The organizers of ACMMM10 cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of the participants nor of damages caused by them to others or others’ properties during the Conference and its accompanying events.
The registration does not include any form of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
